Introduction

From the start of Q2, the Mobile Service Cloud basic suite will be refreshing it's packaging. The largest difference in this packaging is that the Customer Contact product will not longer fulfil the Basic tier. A simplified (stripped) Agent Inbox (already used for the Adv/Pro packages) will fill it's spot as the new Basic Mobile Service Cloud software product. This has various benefits.

Implications

This change in product has a few implications for our existing Customer Contact users/customers, as well as new customers that order the basic package.

  • New clients will be onboarded on the new Basic product
  • Existing clients will need to migrated to the new Basic product
