Feature release | Requeue active calls

A highly-requested feature for Native Voice was released which enables Agents to put a caller in the queue of another WebStore. By doing so, a customer doesn't have to call back when he/she ended up at the wrong team or a has another question which will be handled by another team. To enable this feature, please contact your Customer succes manager.

Improvement | Pipeline optimisation for smoother rollouts

Improvements were made to the deployment pipeline that will prevent slowdowns during future feature rollouts.

Bug fix | Auto message is sent after conversation has been archived

No auto messages were sent when a conversation was archived after starting the conversation and before the auto message delay has elapsed, this bug is now squashed.
